Functional Fitness classes are our core offering at Altius Fitness and Nutrition. These classes are created to challenge you in all areas of strength, flexibility and metabolic conditioning after your completion of the Fundamentals of Fitness class. New to the area with at least three months’ functional fitness experience at another gym? We offer one week of functional fitness classes FREE to give you the opportunity to check out our program, our coaches, and our community of athletes.
