Program Description

Do you want to make a positive lifestyle change but aren’t sure how? Do you know how but lack the motivation to do it on your own? Do you see all the #fitfam posts on social media but can’t seem to make any of those class schedules fit YOUR schedule? Then we at CrossFit Altius want YOU to help us launch our brand-new program: “Altius at Home”. Our hybrid workout/nutrition program is designed to fit the needs of everyone!


We’ve started with daily workout programming that requires minimal or no equipment--and prescribed equipment can often be substituted for everyday household items (or even all that fancy equipment you bought in 2020 that is now gathering dust in your garage. You know who you are.) and yet has been proven to meet the needs of elite level athletes and stay-at-home grandparents alike. Regardless of your current fitness and experience level, each day will present you with a great challenge that will facilitate change. When you couple that with a virtual whiteboard and message board where you can track and share your progress, communicate with the rest of the Altius at Home community (all your accountability buddies!), and ask your coaches any questions you may have about movements, modifications, or what the name of that new muscle you see is, it’s simply a recipe for fitness success!


Speaking of recipes: the other element to our hybrid program is nutrition. Altius at Home includes nutrition education and an InBody body composition scan every month! What better way to chart your progress than to really understand how your body COMPOSITION is changing? We will be sharing easy recipes, meal-prep hacks, and all the motivation to help you continue to make the best choices for you.


If all that isn’t enough, our Altius at Home program also includes one in-person group CrossFit class a week at CrossFit Altius that you can use whenever your schedule will allow, AND access to all our special events and holiday workouts! We believe that community is paramount—people need people. Regardless of how crazy your schedule gets, we want you to know that in this world full of screen time, you have the option to put faces to names and sweat alongside real people who are on the same journey to a higher form of fitness.

With just a 12-week, $240 total commitment, you are receiving an unbelievable deal that equates to $20/week for both nutrition and fitness programming that is tailored to you. And you can do the workout whenever you want and wear whatever you want and listen to whatever you want! After your initial 12-week commitment, monthly options are available.
