PVC Pass Thru x10

Air Squat x10

Push Up x10

FS/PP/Thruster Complex (Work to a heavy rep)

Death by Thrusters (Time)

Thrusters:

minute 1, 1 rep

minute 2, 2 reps

minute 3, 3 reps

minute 4, 4 reps

etc…until failure.
Use 65% of the weight from the complex.

Time equals last completed round of thrusters. Put weight in the comments.
