3 sets to failure. Just when you think you can’t hold on any longer, count to 15! Rest as needed.

10 walking lunges

30 sec Samson stretch each leg

Back Squat (3 x 3 back squat, across)

For time:

1200m Run

100 Air Squats


60 push ups

40 Pull ups (RX+) Ring rows (RX)
1200m run is 2 laps around the building, plus a 200m run.
