Banded Shoulder Stretch x 60 each arm

Thruster (5 × 3 Thrusters, climbing)

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

EMOM x 12 (RX+)

Odd: 7 Push Press + 7 Thrusters,

Even: 8 x 10m Shuttle Runs

EMOM x 12 (RX)

Odd: 4 Push Press + 4 Thrusters,

Even: 6 x 10m Shuttle Runs

– Every 10m counts as a rep. Two hand touch over the turn around line.

Record weights on the bar in the notes and times for each of the 6 sprints.
