Walking sampson stretch 6 each leg

7 front squats

8 dead lifts

Deadlift (4-4-4-4 climbing, start at 70% for first set)

Metcon (Weight)

EMOM 12 min:

1) 30 second airydne (todays 100% effort)

2) 5 squat cleans at 50% of your 1 RM. These do NOT have to be touch and go
