"I love the community the most because"
I have been an Altius member for more than 7 years and during this time have grown so much as an athlete and total person. I love the community the most because we are diverse in so many ways, yet we are like minded in prioritizing our health to be the best version of ourselves. One of my favorite and unexpected discoveries thus far has been learning about nutrition and seeing food as fuel. The coaches are extremely genuine, have a lot of knowledge and are there to support everyone regardless of where they are in the fitness and nutrition journey. I look forward to many more years with my Altius family!
