Air Squat x10

Push Up x10

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

EMOM x 20: (RX+)

Odd: 5 C2B + 10 Push ups + 15 Squats

Even: 10 Burpees

EMOM x 20: (RX)

Odd: 5 Pullups + 5 Push ups + 5 Squats

Even: 7 Burpees
Time each round of burpees.

Deadlift (Work to a heavy 5 reps)
