Hang Clean (Full hang cleans, 5×2 climbing)
Start sets at moderate weight and build to a heavy double
One arm lying tricep extension (4×8 each arm)
Lying flat on bench, hold dumbell in one hand and press away from the body extending at the elbow
Barbell Row (UNDERHAND, 3×8 as heavy as possible)
