**Scale weights and movements as needed, this is a longer workout. If possible, run once and row once, which one you begin or end with is up to you.

— Run is 5 laps around the outside of parking lot

— Pike push ups, hanging knee raises, burpee jumping pull ups and step ups can be used to scale. It is written such that only two barbell weight changes (one on and one off) should be necessary.
