For TIME:

3 min row – MAX CALS

30 thrusters 45/35

30 push ups

30 thrusters

ROW – same cals as your 3 min total

**Score is TOTAL TIME, minus (4 times the Cals rowed in intial 3 min, in seconds).

EXAMPLE: 45 cals would be, 4×45 cals = 180 seconds, or 3 min subracted from your total finish time.
