Z Press (4×6, heavy as possible with good form)
Sit flat on the floor with your feet out in front of you – hold two KB/DB in the front rack pressing position. Stay upright in your torso throughout the press.
Banded tricep pull down (3×12 reps)
Place band around pull up bar (you choose resistance that is challenging for you) – grab one side of the loop in each hand and pull down and apart, extending the arm and flexing the tricep.
