20 sec hollow body hold

20 walking lunge steps (total)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP for 20 minutes of:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats

100m run

*Scale pull ups as needed — if you have trouble getting proper depth during air squats then squat to a wall ball or short stack of plates to ensure you’re getting below parallel!
