Front Squat (6×2, 80%)
Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
3x800m run, rest 2 min between each one. Time each round.
**For uniformity — the 800m run is one full lap around the building (out the front to the right) PLUS a 200m run. This means you will enter and exit the front bay door.
