–10 PVC Pass through

–5 PVC Front Squat

–5 PVC Strict press

Back Squat (3×5 @70%)

Take 20 mins to complete

Metcon (16 Rounds for reps)

Every 1 min for 16 mins do:

Min 1 : 5 Ring Dips

Min 2: 10 Pistols (alternating)
*Scales Dips to stationary, toe assist, parallette, box etc.

*Scale Pistols to rig assisted, pistols to bench/ball, feet together squat etc.

Cool Down

Couch stretch :90 per side

Rig peck stretch :90 per side
