-Easy pace, start with scaled versions of these exercies if desired

Front Squat (5-4-3-4-5)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

Walking Lunge, 100 ft

25 Weighted Sit-ups, pick load

Cool Down

Couch stretch 2 minutes / side
