Even: 3 deadlift, 3 front squat, 3 hang muscle clean, 3 push press
Deadlift (3-3-3-3-3 )

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Sit-ups (40 FOR TIME)
– Accumulate 40 DB weighted sit-ups
Cool Down
– Hamstring stretch 2 minutes per side (heel on bench or plates with bent knee then bend over)
– Pigeon stretch 2 minutes per side
